1. What the app provides
Muscles King creates AI-edited physique images from photos you choose and can optionally generate a four-week starter plan from settings you provide. Generated images are creative visualizations. Goal scenarios and plans are not predictions, medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or guarantees of physical results.
2. Your photos and responsibility
- Content rightsYou keep ownership of photos you provide and generated results to the extent permitted by law.
- Limited licenseYou grant us and our service providers a limited, temporary license to host, transmit, and process submitted content only to provide, secure, and troubleshoot the requested service.
- Required permissionYou must have the necessary rights and consent for every photo you submit. Do not submit another person’s image without permission.
- ReviewYou are responsible for reviewing generated results before saving or sharing them.
3. Prohibited use
You may not use the app to violate law or another person’s rights; impersonate, harass, deceive, or exploit anyone; create sexual content involving minors; generate non-consensual intimate imagery; bypass service limits or payment controls; interfere with the service; or upload malicious or infringing material. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or comply with law.
4. Subscriptions
If your plan includes a monthly generation allowance, the amount is shown before purchase. It refreshes monthly from purchase and does not roll over; failed generations are returned. Watermark-free saves and comparison-video exports remain available during an active subscription even when its allowance is used. Existing plans retain their purchased benefits after an app update.
Muscles King Pro may be offered as monthly or annual auto-renewable subscriptions. The App Store purchase sheet shows the current price and billing period before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings. Refund requests and billing are handled by Apple under App Store policies.
5. Availability and changes
AI output may vary, take time, or occasionally fail. We may improve, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular output, or fitness results.
6. Intellectual property
The app, brand, interface, and software are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not give you a right to copy, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse them except where applicable law expressly permits.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
8. Privacy, changes, and contact
Our Privacy Policy explains how photos and other data are processed. We may update these Terms as the service or law changes; the current effective date appears above. Use this site’s Feedback & Support page if you have questions.

Apple, the Apple logo, iPhone, and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries and regions.
