1. Data we process
- PhotosThe photo you choose or take and the generated image. A photo may contain a face or body, but we do not create facial templates or use it to identify you.
- Physique settingsIf you use Goal Scenario, choices such as goal, experience, schedule, equipment, and timeline.
- App identifier and purchase statusA randomly generated app identifier and purchase and subscription information, used to confirm Pro access and manage usage limits. We do not receive your Apple Account credentials or payment-card details.
- Technical request dataBasic server request information, such as IP address, task status, and error details, for security and troubleshooting.
2. How we use the data
We use this data only to check photo suitability, suggest an editable filter style, generate and deliver the requested image, apply usage limits, provide subscription features, keep the service secure, and diagnose failures. Photo checks do not establish your identity or gender identity. We do not use it for advertising, cross-app tracking, facial recognition, or training our own AI models.
3. Third-party processing
With your consent, your selected photo and the settings needed for generation are shared with third-party storage and AI image-processing providers to create and deliver the image you request. These providers process the data needed for their part of the service. We do not use this processing for advertising or cross-app tracking.
With your consent, a third-party AI service also checks photo suitability. You can change the suggested style or select it manually when checking is unavailable.
Apple handles in-app purchases. We use purchase and subscription information to confirm your access and do not receive payment details.
4. Retention and deletion
Versions with local history automatically keep completed photos, their source photo for comparison, and the filter name on this device. In Profile, you can view or delete entries and turn off automatic history. These local copies are not additionally uploaded, cloud-synced, or included in device backups; removing the app deletes them. Copies saved to Photos are managed by you and may sync according to your system settings.
Photo checks use a reduced-size photo, which we do not separately store. Brief check results are cached for up to 10 minutes. Purchase and generation-count records contain no photos. They are retained as needed to verify access, manage allowances, resolve service issues, and meet legal requirements.
For tasks created after this update, the photos, generated images, settings, and associated identifiers we store enter automatic cleanup 24 hours after task creation. Service outages may delay deletion; cleanup resumes when service recovers. Contact us to delete older task history. Limited security logs follow our operational retention schedule.
You can also request earlier deletion through our Feedback & Support page or by emailing mark@junemark.com. Include the approximate task time; do not email the original photo unless we ask for it.
5. Your choices
You choose whether to provide a photo each time. You can decline the consent screen and not use AI generation. Camera and photo-library permissions can be withdrawn in iOS Settings. Removing the app deletes local history, local settings, and saved plans, but the app identifier may remain. You can ask us to invalidate it.
6. Children
Muscles King is not directed to children. If you believe a child submitted personal data without appropriate consent, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Security and international processing
We protect data using measures such as encrypted transmission and restricted access. Data may be processed in countries or regions where our service providers operate. No internet service is completely risk-free.
8. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the app or legal requirements change. The current effective date appears above. Use this site’s Feedback & Support page for questions, deletion requests, or other privacy requests.
